The sheltered bays of Tortola are the perfect place for sailing due to bad weather continued sunny, windy and warm. The water is calm and the beach jump is easy because of frequent Tortola beaches, and close to the surrounding islands. Tortola beaches of white sand, palm trees and surrounded by volcanic mountains covered in a green area. There are many beaches to visit while surfing Tortola, ranging from completely private and secluded places, the beaches lined with shops, restaurants, and music.

Traveling from west to east along the north coast of Tortola begins with the smugglers of the cove. This beach has been isolated and exceptionally clear waters quiet, and it is wonderful for diving. No crowds to deal with here, and is peaceful and remote. Visit the small bar, rustic beach for refreshments and chairs in this lovely beach.

Just east of Smugglers Cove is Long Bay Beach. It is a mile long and beautiful stroll along. Long Bay Beach is considered one of the most photogenic beaches in the world with its fine sand, blue-green water and dramatic creation. It is easily accessible from land, and has waves means nice bathroom. There are opportunities for a relaxing dinner and shopping for local delicacies and treasures.

Apple Bay Beach has great waves so it is a fabulous surfing beach. Some hotels and restaurants with local cuisine with fresh fish and lots of rum punch! Cane Garden Bay is an excellent anchor for Tortola navigation due to its curved bay, and the water calm. There are many bars and restaurants to enjoy while visiting a beach, and activities water are many. An ideal place for boating, windsurfing, water skiing and swimming.

Moving further east on the coast of Tortola North is Brewers Bay Beach, which is another place quiet. There are many coral reefs on this beach for outstanding snorkeling. The ruins can be seen on the beach, adding its character and beauty. Access to the Bay of beer on the way is a little difficult, making it a remote and peaceful beach.

A beach East End Tortola Josiah's Bay Beach. A bar and a small beach near some homes and restaurants. Certain times of the year, this is a surf spot fantastic, but beware the surf. Some stations allow the relatively calm waters for safe swimming. Visible through Josiah's Bay is the island of Guana and Bahía Blanca is a great anchor for navigation Tortola.

Elizabeth Beach, also known as Lambert's Bay is one of Favorite beaches on the north coast in the east end of the island. There are spectacular views of the beach width, and is one of the most popular and beautiful beaches of Tortola. About the Author:
