Is it risky to sail across the North Atlantic ocean ? ?

i understand that food and weather could be a problem. but other than that are there any other risks ?

- loneliness (especially if sailing alone)
- boredom (especially if sailing alone)
- depression (especially if sailing alone)
- hallucinations (especially if sailing alone)
- injuries
- illness (especially seasickness and poisoning)
- falling overboard
- damage to the boat
- keeping water out of the boat (especially if the boat is small)
- sinking
- loss of motion such as engine trouble, sail damage, mast damage, loss of wind
- poor navigation and getting lost
