I want to crew on a boat, working until the ships sail type how do I get experience?

I only have experience in yacht dirty type sailing when I was a child.

Some ships will give you all the necessary training and experience is not necessary. I would also suggest you check out their list of the ships and see if they are in your area. (ships and find www.sailtraining.org member). You can always volunteer and learn that way. The experience is wonderful and the people working on the boats are some of the finest people in the world.
