Family vacation ideas?

We would like beachfront with lots of water activities from snorkelling to sailing. A family of 5 with 3 teenagers would appreciate 3 bedrooms but can work with just 2. Currently we are looking in Costa Rica, Belize, & the Florida Keys as we live in southeastern US. I have been on so many websites I’m dazed with information overload. Recommendations greatly appreciated.
