In my time and have a duration of 18 hours …?

I'm going sailing this weekend and expected weather conditions, it looks like it will be Go ahead able to change tampons for the trip whloe [I'm gonna puke!] So what can I do? Its gonna take about 18 hours. I have a Mooncup I have never used before, sanitary napkins and tampons super, which would be safer? It will be the 2nd day of my period and I'm pretty heavy – Can I use Mooncup / Buffer at all times, and a pad? Help!

This is not recommended to use a tampon for more than 6 hours, I would recommend a Mooncup (practice first) and change halfway during the trip – when you need to pee anyway.
