I am sailing in two weeks, do I need a passport for Nassau and Cococay?

Leaving out of Miami, going to Nassau, Bahamas; then Cococay, Bahamas; and finally to Key West, Florida.

Am I going to need a passport? Also, my gf is a citizen of El Salvador and has alien residency in the US, what does she need?
