What should I do to be a captain of a luxury yacht?

I wanted to be a captain of a cruise ship, but probably used happen, so instead I want to be a yachtsman, what schooling and licensing are necessary to become one? I would like a captain yacht of approximately 200 feet long (engine, no sail), nothing more.

This license is limited to near coastal waters only, and not more than 100 miles offshore and is not valid for international travel. Limited License OUPV – Also known as Limited Operator of uninspected passenger vessels. This is commonly known as a "license launchtender and issued to employees by organizations such as yacht clubs, marinas, formal camps and education institutions, limited to the specific activity and locality. Master limited license (less than 100 GRT) – This is the same license directly above, but is issued to vessels operating inspection the Coast Guard. Master, 100 ton license (less than 100 gross register tons and only for 25, 50 or 100 GRT) – This license is most appropriate for the operation of passenger ships carrying more than six passengers small that are inspected and carry a USCG Certificate of Inspection. Typical Vessels include charter boats (head boats), small ferries, dinner boats, and whale watching vessels.
