What elements have to take a trip 2 months sailing across the Pacific?

I'm sailing from California to the Philippines, what should I take?? So far, I've got 2 boxes of rum, 6 bottles of water, some beef jerkey, and 2 pairs of underpants …

Forget the rum, beer is much better to drink while at sea. More water content and calories to keep you. A good bait drift velocity would be fine, but do not forget to check that from time to time. In reality, a fish once choked by pulling it over a couple of hours without control of the line. GPS is always good just to see what zone that must be inside Sea anchors are good for when you just want to go to bed and let the boat drift slowly.
