How much would a beginners sailing course cost?

Hello, In a couple of years time (when finished UNI) I want to do the rounds of the world yacht race yacht. I have no sailing experience and want to start learning now I need a hobby. So how much should I be looking for a course, I have been on site 7 days Clipper making courses, but does not mention the price for them. Thanks xxxx competent crew i think it was called.

If you is at the Uni, to see if you have a sailng associated with the University Club. Years when I was in Essex (many years!) We had a RYA training establishment that teaches people to surf the end of the summer term. Otherwise, decide if your learning to sail (boats, feel the wind, wet, cheaper) or learning large vessels (yachts, competent team, coastal skipper, more expensive). The RYA website will have some indicators of different training institutions.
