Why would anyone from Illinois or especially Chicago vote for Obama?
I am from the chicago area, pretty up on politics here, most of it is filled with evil people taking our money and hiring their family members. I cannot for the LIFE of me undrstand anyone in illinois voting for this jerk. Where is his opposition to the illinois machines of BOTH parties. Where are the news stories of him getting lambasted in the press by this crony machine he claims to not be a part of.
I don’t get it. YOu CANNOT go through politics in this state without either becoming part of the machine or putting your foot down and dealing with a lot of pain.
I see no pain in his career.. I see smooth sailing… and smoothing sailing in illinois means one thing. Grease.
He has GREASE all over him and it is going to pollute his presidency. Period.
I’ve given facts on this issue and get thumbs down all of the time. Illinois is in major crisis because of the Chicago Political Machine, but people keep voting these jokers in. Illinois is one of the worst states when it comes to debt. Chicago has had more murders than Iraq has had deaths of soldiers in the past 6-7 months. The list goes on and on.
Obama is a product of Chicago. He hasn’t done a thing to combat these problems in Illinois…just one state. How the hell is he going to handle 50 states?
