Can i get 2 way internet access while at sea?

My friend and I have been professional poker players for a few years. We decided we should get a mid sized yacht and sail around the world. This would work out great if we could get set up with realtime internet access so we could play poker online. I’ve looked around a bit but it doesnt seem like this is an option. They have satellites plans that let u do email and send OR recieve data but not really both. I dont need fast internet, just constant realtime 2-way internet!

And who is your ISP out in the middle of the ocean? Sattellite is the best you can do while sailing. I’m a long way from the ocean, but I assume the better marinas have hotspots.
