What are the best islands to visit by boat the Cyclades?

My wife and I are chartering a sailboat Paros in September, during 7 days, and we would like to have a series of recommendations for nice places to navigate a. We do not like crowded tourist beaches too. In fact, this is what we are looking for: "Good" List: small places with beautiful natural scenery picturesque villages with friendly locals and steeped in history Great restaurants and wine protected anchorages holding large "Bad" List: Popular and crowded tourist traps with a lot of record stores Loud sticky full of partying, drunken tourists Basically, we're looking for that kind of places you really need a boat to see them.
