The number of participants taking part in boating, watersports and water based leisure activities has increased from the previous year, according to a new report commissioned by the British Marine Federation (BMF) Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA), Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), Royal Yachting Association (RYA) and sponsored by ybw.com.
