what do you do if your ripped off on e-bay ??????

my daughter has bought three items of jewlery from a seller advertising them as being in uk when i looked into his feedback after i realised he was an over seas seller from hong kong i emailed him asking him when my daughter was likely to receive her goods only to be told that the items hadnt even been sent four days later and now it has come up on my ebay that the seller is no longer registed so it looks as though we have been ripped off what can i do because when i have tried to open a dispute it says it is too soon please help by the way his usser id was free-sailing i know it usually tells you prior ids if you open a different account all he sells is playboy jellewry and watches all from hk watchout

If you payed with PayPal you are covered. If it’s saying it’s too soon to open a dispute then it is. Wait it out untill you can open a dispute in paypal, then they will contact the seller on your behalf and they will resolve it.
