The Argosy Christmas festival is a ship magical holiday celebration in Seattle, Washington, which has been a Northwest tradition for 60 years. Its aim main communities unite to celebrate the holiday season. From our flotilla of boats to the throngs of people who gather on the ground, this celebration is one of the jewels of the holiday season.

Every night from November 28, 2009 to December 23, 2009, the Argosy Christmas ™ ship sails to different communities of Puget Sound coastline, more than 45 overall. The choirs sing on board 20-minute performances to these communities, all issued through state-of-the-art speaker system. This year, the program begins on the evening of Saturday, November 28th to commemorate the new South Lake Union Park. On Saturday and Sunday nights will be of value.

In land, thousands of people gather around roaring bonfires anticipating the arrival of Christmas ™ vessels. You can either Board Christmas Ship ™ or one of the vessels continue Parade, or join with friends and neighbors gather for their tradition of singing carols. If you own your own boat, feel welcome to add lights for ships and participate in the festival and help form the largest holiday floating parade in the world!

Besides humor, family and friends, a portion of all proceeds from the sale of tickets The Seattle Times Fund for the needy, an annual program that raises money for various charitable organizations in Puget Sound area.
